Hi, I'm Charli, she/her, and I'm chuffed you're here.

I've been delivering excellent customer and client services for the last 15 years through front facing roles. I have a background in museums and as a Cemetery Manager in a prestigious cemetery.

Outside of work you'll find me with a cuppa in hand, reading and re reading from my vast collection of books, pottering in my vegetable patch and generally doing something quite wholesome.

You'll spot me a mile off, usually with some clashing prints (leopard or rainbow- or both) and my signature bright copper hair.
I'll bring warmth to your day- no matter the circumstance and I'll work with you to create something really special which truly reflects you or your loved one.
